Access and Transfers
Air - regular flights are available from all major Australian capital cities to Dunk Island (DKI) via Cairns (CNS). The island sector (45minutes) is operated by Hinterland Aviation. Flight bookings must be made with Voyages on 1300 134 044 or travel@voyages.com.au

A variety of air charter options are available for that special itinerary. On arrival at Dunk Island guests are transferred to connect with the chartered launch service which takes 20 minutes to Bedarra Island. The coastal town of Mission Beach is approximately a 2 hour drive from Cairns. From there it is a short launch or water taxi trip to Dunk Island.

Water Taxi - Dunk Island Express Water Taxi departs Wongaling Beach, Mission Beach, to Dunk Island 5 times daily. The trip takes 15minutes. (ph 07 4068 8310) NB passengers embark/disembark via shallow waters where luggage and passengers could get wet.
